Want to diagnose the problem on your phone?
Firstly, check for power by switching on the device. Then test all the hardware features (speaker, torch, LED lighting etc.).
If there is an issue with the hardware (the hardware is the actual phone, rather than the software), please take it to a recognised phone dealer to further assess it and to help you fix the fault.
If the device has malware, thoroughly run a deep scan on the device to exterminate any malware. If you are unable to do this, take your phone to a recognized phone dealer and they will assist.
